Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and ReviewBob LLC ("ReviewBob," "we," "us"). By using reviewbob.com or our service, you agree to them.
What we do
ReviewBob asks your customers for reviews by text and email and replies to your reviews. We also offer Google Business Profile management, website design, and a booking bot that answers calls and texts (or texts back missed calls) and books appointments. You get the services you sign up for.
Your responsibilities
- You'll give us accurate information about your business and customers.
- You'll only give us contact information for real customers who did business with you and who agreed to be contacted by your business.
- You won't ask us to offer incentives for reviews, post fake reviews, or block unhappy customers from leaving reviews. These practices violate Google's policies and may violate the law.
- You'll follow all laws that apply to your business and your customer communications.
Free trial and billing
- New clients get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your plan is billed monthly at the price agreed when you signed up.
- There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime.
- We don't offer refunds for partial months.
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
How to cancel
- Email support@reviewbob.com and tell us you want to cancel. We'll confirm within 1 business day.
- If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged.
- After the trial, your service runs until the end of your current billing month, and you won't be billed again.
- Your reviews stay yours. Every review you got stays on your Google Business Profile after you cancel. We just stop sending requests.
Text messages
Customers who receive texts from us can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Results
We work hard to get you more reviews, but we can't guarantee a specific number of reviews, ratings, or search rankings. Google and other platforms control what reviews appear and how businesses rank.
Third-party services
Our service relies on third-party platforms such as Google and our software and messaging providers. We aren't responsible for their outages, policy changes, or actions.
Ending the service
We may suspend or end service if you break these terms, don't pay, or use the service in a way that could harm us, your customers, or others.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
